New choons.

Every so often I'll post up some records that I'm really into for the time being. I know a lot of dj's who'll cover thier labels so people don't steal ideas for records they found... but I can let you in on a few of my secret weapons.... first off is brand new from Rusko called "Sound guy is my target." This cat is getting some serious play in the UK... hasn't really hit the states but it will soon...
Next up is a DnB tune from Danny Byrd called "Gold Rush." Even if you don't like drum n Bass, give this one a minute and you'll see why it destroys late night dance floors. Perfectly chopped vocals on this one...
Finally a yet-to-be-released record from Curses! (aka Drop The Lime) titled "What I Need." I caught DTL, Star Eyes, and the other cat from Trouble & Bass whose name I can never remember at the Money Studies vs. Turntablelab party a few weeks back in Miami, and they nearly burned the place down when this finally dropped in. Big tune, expect more from Trouble & Bass soon I bet...
Also worth tracking down is Dj Guy "Get Bucked" (a tough juke tune) and Baltimore's own Rye Rye on her first solo release "Bang" with miss M.I.A. on the catchy minimal hook... top notch. That's all for now... catch me this Wednesday on the air for most of those records...
